Blackhawks forward exits Thursday's game vs. Kraken and is ruled out for Friday's vs. Sabres

The Seattle Kraken drew blood early on Thursday, as the tensions were flaring in Thursday's game after defenseman Ryan Lindgren targeted Chicago Blackhawks forward Andre Burakovsky.
In doing so, Lindgren bullied Burakovsky off the ice with what looked to be a penalty, with a shoulder to his head.
The "play" happened with 2:16 left in the 1st period and robbed the Blackhawks of one of their productive forwards, ironically, a former Seattle Kraken player.
Though no penalty was called, and it's arguable to say that we believe Lindgren could be suspended after that hit.
If you hadn't read last night's projected lineups against the Kraken, the Blackhawks were stacked on offense Thursday night.
Andre Burakovsky ruled out for Blackhawks' game vs. Sabres Friday
Given how recklessly the Kraken are playing at the moment, we're wondering what the pre-game footage they watched consisted of.
Was it just the movie "Slapshot"? Because it sure seems like they targeted specific Blackhawks forwards.
Not too dissimilar from what we saw with the New Jersey Devils did to Bertuzzi:
Brendan Dillon was fined $5K for the boarding of one of the Blackhawks' best forwards this season.
Now it's up to Connor Bedard and company to bounce back from Thursday's loss and beat the Sabres Friday in Buffalo.
