Two Chicago Blackhawks players have an ongoing hot streak, despite their blowout by the Buffalo Sabres in a recent game.

With two recent losses to the Seattle Kraken and Buffalo Sabres, the Chicago Blackhawks should be down and out.
The Blackhawks, who have won the hearts of fans this year with an electric lineup, had their hopes of another win added to the bucket after the blowout loss to the Sabres on Friday, 9-3. The Atlantic team might not be a playoff contender, but the young talent on the team isn't to be doubted.
It didn't help that the Sabres hung 9 goals over Arvid Soderblom that night, as he stuck it out. Blashill wouldn't call in Spencer Knight in relief, instead prioritizing his start on Sunday.
However, two players on the team are showing signs of life while others are muted. Forward Tyler Bertuzzi and Center Connor Bedard have been on a hot streak while the team has experienced a short slump.
Tyler Bertuzzi didn't take the night off and would hustle for a 2-goal night. Connor Bedard would pick up two points on both of Bertuzzi's goals, with 2 assists that night, giving him a total of 31 points scored this season.
In the meantime, the Blackhawks may have to call up a youngster from the AHL, a former 50 goal-scorer from Brantford.

Forwards Connor Bedard and Tyler Bertuzzi of the Chicago Blackhawks Stay Hot

Connor Bedard has scored 6 points (4-2) in the last 5 games for the Blackhawks and has been a clutch performer for the team.
While Tyler Bertuzzi has returned from injury recently and picked up where he left off for the Blackhawks scoring 9 points (6-3) in 5 games for the Blackhawks. He's on fire.
For now, the Blackhawks will need to pick up the pieces after a disappointing two-game stint.
They've now 10-7-4 and 4th in the Central Division.
