Chicago Blackhawks forward Connor Bedard talked about the calm and poise that goaltender Spencer Knight has shown for the team amidst their strong start so far this year.
The Chicago Blackhawks are off to a much better start than anyone anticipated this year, and goaltender Spencer Knight, who was acquired last year in a trade with the Florida Panthers, is a major reason why.
So far this year, Knight has gone 6-3-3 with an impressive .923 SV%.
During a live interview, Blackhawks forward Connor Bedard talked about the calm and poise that Knight has shown so far this year for Chicago.

Not only is Bedard trying to state his case to make Canada's roster for the Olympics, but so is Knight for the American roster.
Spencer Knight Is In His First Full Year With The Blackhawks
Knight, who was taken with the 13th overall pick in the 2019 NHL Entry Draft by the Panthers, played the first several years of his NHL career in a Panthers sweater before he was traded to the Blackhawks.
The Blackhawks sent defenseman Seth Jones back to the Panthers in return, and he helped them win the Stanley Cup for the second year in a row.
If the Blackhawks can return to the playoffs this year or at least come close to it, it will be Knight who will be credited for a major portion of the reason why.
