The Chicago Blackhawks head coach, Jeff Blashill, provided an update on several injured forwards, including Frank Nazar and Tyler Bertuzzi, in a press conference.

The Blackhawks were back on the ice today to prepare for their next game against the Toronto Maple Leafs in Chicago.
Fans and analysts were on the lookout for updates on a few players expected to return from injuries soon and got exactly that.
Indeed, with Jason Dickinson, Frank Nazar, and Andre Burakovsky all missing the last game against the New Jersey Devils, the Hawks must be eager to get some of their offensive depth back.
Today, the head coach of the team, Jeff Blashill, provided an update on their injuries in a press conference.

Jeff Blashill Shares Update On Four Injured Forwards

The Hawks were already without several key players for the game against the New Jersey Devils when Tyler Bertuzzi got on the receiving end of a dangerous hit that resulted in a $5,000 fine for Brenden Dillon.
Although he remained in the game, he wasn't at practice yesterday, adding another player to the list.
In his official update, Blashill confirmed that Bertuzzi, like Dickinson and Nazar, "could possibly play tomorrow" and is considered day-to-day, while Burakovsky will be good to go for the next game:
While having Burakovsky back on the first line ahead of the game against the Maple Leafs, Toronto has so much offensive depth that it won't be easy to compete against an experienced team like them without Nazar, Bertuzzi, and Dickinson, even if the Leafs aren't off to an impressive start to the season so far.
Currently seventh in the Atlantic Division, Auston Matthews and his teammates will do all they can to stop their four-game losing streak tonight.
