A fun thing NHL websites like to do is a top 10 list. It could be the a top 10 defensemen, top 10 rookies, or in this case top 10 overrated players.
In this case of their list it's the players that haven't lived up to the salary they are making and points they have produced also.

Of the 10 names they listed Ottawa Senators captain Brady Tkachuk and Chicago Blackhawks assistant captain Patrick Kane I'd take on my team any day of the week.
