Scary Moment as Avalanche Player Drunkly Drops Stanley Cup on His Head
The Colorado Avalanche have won the Stanley Cup and got the opportunity to start there July 4th weekend early! They started with the Cup parade around Denver Colorado and have now hit the clubs.
Erik Johnson (Colorado defenseman) even said the city of Denver is absolutely dry for alcohol, and that the fans sucked all the drinks out during the cup finals leaving Colorado only one option to go out clubbing that could hold there capacity of 200 people (management, family and wives).
Although some players did not play in the cup final, they were still rostered and there name will still be on the cup! One of those being tough guy and goon Kurtis Macdermind who didn't get to play a game throughout the playoffs, but had his knuckles ready for the opportunity that the team needed him.
No matter how tough, big or strong you are we are all aware that alcohol can kick you in the butt! Kurtis Macdermind being one of those who got kicked down hard, having one too many drinks when he raised the Lord Stanley Cup which lead to it falling on top of his head.
A scary moment as the cup is pushing nearly 50 pounds of metal, thankfully he is okay! And that'll be a memory for the books.
