One team in the NHL has turned down several offers from multi-million dollar companies, and has refused to put advertisements on their jerseys. TSN Reporter Tom Gazzola reported the following news about which team it is..
The Edmonton Oilers, who confirmed and refused ads, will not be wearing ads on their jerseys for the 2022-2023 upcoming season. ''As of now, hearing no sponsors on jerseys for this season, their road helmets will have a sponsorship logo on it, but not home helmets''.
This is a great move, and expect many teams to follow this trend.
