Hockey Insider Reveals One Player Wants to Make More Money Then Connor Mcdavid

Mcdavid is on another level compared to 99% of the rest of the League and is well deserving as the highest paid player in the NHL.

However another player believes he deserves to make Mcdavid money and possibly even more! According to Adrian Dater of Colorado Hockey Now, Colorado Avalanche forward Nathan MacKinnon is looking at a significant raise and Dater believes MacKinnon wants to be the highest paid player in the NHL. He will no-longer take a pay cut.

The Colorado Avalanche have MacKinnon for one more season at just $6,300,000 million dollars. MacKinnon will be looking at massive raise. However, MacKinnon might of lost his mind if he thinks he should be paid more then the $12,500,000 million dollars annually that Mcdavid makes.

Like Mcdavid, MacKinnon was drafted first overall, in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft. MacKinnon has played in 638 games with the Avalanche, scoring 242 goals, 406 assists, and has a plus 83 rating.
