Things didn't go as planned during an American Hockey League game between the Hershey Bears and Bridgeport Islanders, with a tradition that's gone on since 1993 when the Kamloops Blazers created the Teddy Bear Toss Game.

When the home team scores it's first goal of the game fans throw their teddy bears on the ice, where they're collected for children's charities and various local hospitals.
However, during last night's game things didn't go as planned. With the Bears losing 2-0 fans decided to take things in their own hands and decided to toss the bears on the ice.
There was only 5 seconds left on the clock so the officials decided to just end the game. This obviously wasn't the way the Hershey Bears or their fans wanted this game to go, but either way the bears will get to the children so that's still a win in my books.
