NHL Insider Drops A Bomb On Connor Bedard's Crucial Injury
Connor Bedard is back on the ice after a jaw injury.
Fans are eagerly awaiting his return, and there's a belief that he'll be back sooner than expected.
The 18-year-old is now skating with a full mask, a positive sign for his recovery.
Bedard got injured during a game against the New Jersey Devils on January 5th, taking a clean hit from defenseman Brendan Smith.

Originally, the recovery time was set at six to eight weeks after surgery. However, insiders, like Charlie Roumeliotis, think he might be back earlier.
Roumeliotis stated:
"I'm aiming for February 13 against Vancouver. With three days off between games, it's five weeks and one day from the surgery. Given Connor's progress, I believe he'll be ahead of schedule. Plus, Vancouver is the team he grew up cheering for—that's my target date."
While the Blackhawks may not be gunning for the top spot, deciding when Bedard should return is crucial as his rookie season is important for his development.
