Zamboni drivers in the United Center and Fifth Third Arena are going to get more than they bargained for with the Chicago Blackhawks' 3rd overall pick, Anton Frondell, who has a unique way of learning, compared to Connor Bedard.

We're certain that Connor Bedard has given the Zamboni drivers in the Blackhawks organization quite a stir with his odd and dedicated practice habits.
For Bedard, they signaled a dedication to the sport.
The Blackhawks' latest, 3rd overall pick in 2025, Anton Frondell, may have upped the ante with this latest video. The Swedish Tank, who has drawn comparisons to the Florida Panthers' Aleksandr Barkov, has found himself going viral with a post on X.
Though he's quickly left Chicago following the draft, as he declined the organizations invite to development camp to pursue his career in Sweden.
Bedard would skate so much that they've considered taking the blades out of his skates, and locking the arena, causing headaches all around.
But for Frondell, he takes his development seriously, but in a simpler manner.

Here you can see him take time out of practicing to watch a video of his performance during the session.
A welcome gift for the Zamboni drivers in both arenas, undoubtedly.
This is a gift for both the Zamboni drivers, who don't like the precipitous amount of overtime they've had to work in the last two seasons.
While Frondell's dedication shines through on this video, as he critically examines his game and his style, as attention to detail in everything you do matters. This is great news for Blackhawks fans.
Frondell was a 3rd overall pick by the Blackhawks for his capabilities, and is a likely contributor in the future in a top-six role.
The Djurgardens IF forward scored 25 points (11-14) in 29 games in 2024-25.
He recently inked his entry-level contract with Chicago at the beginning of the offseason.
