Blackhawks Connor Bedard Praises Fans During Latest Team Victory

Bedard, who had been mired in a goalless drought for many weeks appears to be passed his slump as he has seven points in his last five games including two goals.

During the Islanders game, he managed to score the game-winning goal with less than a minute left which put him alongside Patrick Kane as he was the last to do so in 2019.

Bedard has always shown his professionalism and his appreciation for the fan base as these have been troubling times for the Blackhawks and the organization.

It's extremely difficult to ask a young player let alone any player to go through what the Blackhawks are currently going through when every night it appears that you will be losing every game.

This season has been a little different for bedard as he has shown more emotion and frustration especially on camera whether he is on the bench or whether he is out on the ice.

With new head coach Anders Sorensen trying to establish himself as a coach in the NHL let alone coaching the future face of the NHL, he is trying to adopt A better style for the team and it seems that Bedard has responded.

Many feel that the season is likely lost but it's important the Blackhawks continued to
try to win games had tried to climb themselves out of this hole as they have several players on their roster who can do so including several veterans that were brought in during the offseason.

It remains to be seen on what general manager Kyle Davidson will do but for the time being, the Blackhawks are looking at their youth and seeing if they can compete in the NHL.
